Warranty / Returns Policy

RETURNS POLICY / EXCLUDING WARRANTY CLAIMS!!
ITEMS BOUGHT ONLINE/MAIL ORDER/INTERNET SITES AND DELIVERED
For items bought in accordance with the above heading and delivered NOT collected this company operates a 7day no questions asked returns policy(restrictions apply as detailed below).

1. The goods must be returned at your cost to my premises.
2. Any postage or carriage costs incurred in returning the items will be the customer’s liability.
3. The goods MUST be returned unused so they can be resold as new.
4. The refund will be made in the same way as the transaction such as cash or credit card.
5. If your product was advertised with FREE DELIVERY 5gbp or 20% whichever is the higher will be deducted as a carriage fee.
6. You must bring any documentation with you such as a receipt or an invoice.
7. Any free items you may have been given as part of the sale MUST also be returned at this time.
8. You are asked to contact me first about a return before bringing it to ensure all these conditions have been adhered to and for advice as to the best way to proceed.

RETURNS POLICY / WARRANTY CLAIMS
Any item which is alleged to be faulty must be returned as soon as possible, please make initial contact by email or telephone to discuss the issue first.

If it is established to be a genuine fault you will be offered a replacement or full refund including any carriage costs (if applicable). Other warranty claims will be treated on an individual basis but may still require being sent back to the suppliers for them to check and I will abide by their decision. In reality the majority of disputes are resolved amicably and without the formality of seeking a report from my suppliers.

PRODUCT WARRANTY
Products can have a varying length of warranty and, my main market being, fixed models as they are not designed to be operated or used as a toy are not covered by any long term warranty, generally any problems must be advised within 7days of the goods being received. If you have bought as a gift it is strongly recommended to check the product immediately and not wait weeks or months to hand it over as a gift then discover there is a problem with it as my responsibility will of ceased.
